What is the Schulich BBA?
The Schulich BBA is York University’s direct-entry undergraduate business degree at the Keele Campus. Its four-year curriculum builds a foundation across accounting, finance, marketing, organizational behaviour, operations, data analysis, economics, sustainability, and strategy, while leaving room for non-business York electives.
Students share a broad core in Years 1 and 2. From Year 3, they may choose one or two of eleven specializations—or remain unspecialized and use electives more broadly.
Schulich is strongest for students who want a recognizable, close-knit business-school environment with unusually flexible specialization choices, access to Toronto employers, and international options inside a large university.
Requirements for Ontario students
Applicants select Schulich’s BBA through OUAC using program code YBA. York emphasizes that its regular BCom is a different program.

York’s official page says applicants should aim for an average in the low 90s. Schulich says high 80s to low 90s may be competitive, while historical minimum cutoffs have been roughly 91–92%. Meeting a prior cutoff never guarantees admission.
For Fall 2027 direct entry, Schulich lists January 15, 2027 for the OUAC application and February 1, 2027 at 11:59 pm Eastern for the supplementary application. Early consideration requires an OUAC application by November 6, 2026 and a supplement by November 23, 2026 at 11:59 pm Eastern. Confirm your applicant category on the official admissions page.
